Get answers to common questions about INVNT's expertise, our approach to storytelling, digital innovation, experiential marketing and discover how we help brands make bold, lasting impressions.
What types of experiential activations and campaigns does INVNT produce?
We deliver a full spectrum of high-impact activations designed to build brand allegiance and create demand. Our work includes pop-up shops, product demonstrations, immersive physical installations, festival activations, retail takeovers, multi-city mobile tours, fan zones, and sporting event fan festivals.
Can INVNT handle both the installation and dismantle (I&D) of custom builds?
Yes, completely. Our operations and production teams work in tandem with our designers and creative professionals to ensure custom concepts translate seamlessly into physical environments. With nationwide and global installation and dismantle labor networks, onsite supervisors, and dedicated production managers, we handle every single aspect of setup, show-day operations, and final dismantle.
Do you support multi-city tours, roadshows, or mobile activations?
Absolutely. Our extensive national and global footprint allows us to fabricate assets once, ship them efficiently, and deploy highly repeatable, consistent experiences across multiple markets. We use standardized playbooks, precise fabrication specifications, and strict on-site protocols to ensure every single stop—regardless of region or venue—looks, feels, and performs exactly the same.
What is INVNT’s role in executing major product launches?
We plan, design, and produce end-to-end product launch experiences from the ground up. We handle everything from launch strategy, creative development, and venue selection to custom fabrication, AV tech production, and on-site execution. Our team turns your product’s core technology and value proposition into an engaging, high-impact launch moment that builds massive awareness, drives immediate demand, and accelerates market adoption.
How far in advance should we begin planning a major experiential project or product launch?
For standard experiential activations, we typically recommend beginning planning 3 to 6 months prior to the launch date, depending on complexity and fabrication needs. For large-scale product launches and multi-city roadshows, we recommend a planning window of 6 to 9 months to properly align strategy, messaging, demo development, and premier venue selection. However, our integrated structure also allows us to support accelerated timelines when a quick-turn launch is required.
How does INVNT measure and report the success of its activations and campaigns?
Measurement depends on your program's specific business goals. We track and report on metrics including attendance, demo participation, foot traffic, dwell time, social media engagement, media impressions, lead capture, and overall ROI. Post-activation, we deliver detailed reports with actionable insights to help you optimize future layouts, refine your merchandising, and prove the business impact of your investment.
