INVNT South Asia Fuels Global Momentum as Agency Reports Record Growth

Strategic Merger with Nth Degree, creates an Unmatched Live Events Platform, Bolstering Regional Wins with Castrol (Agency of Record), LinkedIn, Asian Paints, and Jio BlackRock

MUMBAI – May 21 – Fresh off its recent milestone merger with Nth Degree to form an unmatched live events platform, INVNT®, the innovation-led global brand storytelling agency, announced a record-breaking financial year. The agency achieved 50% year-over-year growth, fueled in part by the rapid scaling of its South Asia operations and continued investment in regional infrastructure, talent, and client partnerships.

One key driver of this momentum has been the strategic expansion of INVNT South Asia, which has significantly grown its footprint across the region through innovation-led work for major brands and institutions. By combining forces with Nth Degree, INVNT is now bringing end-to-end, full-service solutions globally, seamlessly delivering everything from upstream strategy and creative to high-touch production, operations, and trade show general contracting and management.

Over the past year, the team deepened its partnership with LinkedIn, powering a multi-country traveling Talent Connect series with homegrown IP for C-suite executives that created platforms for meaningful dialogue at the highest levels of leadership. The team also worked closely with LinkedIn’s social impact teams to reimagine the LinkedIn Lounge into LinkedIn Lawns, collaborated with leading brands including Asian Paints and Dr. Reddy’s, and delivered one of the most prestigious and highly anticipated Jio BlackRock events, blending scale with local cultural insight to create a defining moment in the Indian fintech industry that reached over 40 million viewers through a premium, broadcast-driven, streaming experience.

“This milestone reflects a deliberate strategy, not just market trends. We are building a global platform designed to take brands further,” said Scott Cullather, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of INVNT. “Through borderless infrastructure, integrated capabilities, and a mindset built to challenge everything, by offering brands end-to-end solutions from upstream strategic positioning to downstream execution and data-driven insights. We create solutions that deliver meaningful, measurable engagement and results.”

This regional growth is further underscored by INVNT South Asia recently being named Agency of Record for Castrol for the second consecutive year, following a strong track record of delivering immersive live activations and exhibition stands across the region.

INVNT’s broader global expansion is also being driven by continued investment in proprietary innovation, including patent-pending experiential and audience AI technology designed to redefine engagement, deepen insight, and transform how brands connect with audiences before, during, and after live experiences. In a separate milestone for the business, the agency also recently appointed its first Chief AI Officer, James Kinney (formerly .Monks, Ogilvy, S4Capital, Mother), underscoring INVNT’s long-term commitment to future-facing intelligence, innovation, and client solutions. This month, INVNT will preview its Experiential and Events AI intelligence platform, Orbby; an integrated intelligence platform built for INVNT’s clients and challenger brands alike, designed to bring strategic, analytical, and predictive insight into the process before the live moment even begins, capture human analytics during the event, and deliver future-focused insights post-event.

Across the business, that trajectory has translated into a series of culture-defining assignments worldwide, including Microsoft’s 50th Anniversary celebration and global Copilot launch, Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked and the global Samsung #PlayGalaxy Cup, Amazon Ignite, and a week-long series of milestone events for General Motors at its new global headquarters.“Our continued momentum in South Asia comes from a clear focus on pushing the boundaries of innovation-led brand storytelling,” said Laveesh Pandey, Managing Director of INVNT South Asia. “By partnering with forward-looking brands like Castrol, LinkedIn, Asian Paints, Dr. Reddy’s, and Jio BlackRock, we are bringing global thinking into the region and turning it into locally relevant, high-impact experiences.”
