The conference would feature a wide array of general, breakout, and virtual world sessions.

One of the standout features of the conference was the innovative use of AI technology in visual design. To do this, we employed generative AI and Midjourney to create hundreds of vivid, dream-like images, offering a unique perspective on the world of work. This included utilized a distinctive Day 3 visual system centered around butterflies—a universal symbol of hope—which aligned with the overarching theme of AI and civility in the workforce.
For the first time, all 36 breakout rooms were live-streamed, delivering four sessions a day for four days, providing a comprehensive virtual experience for attendees. Additionally, the event featured the integration of ROE Strips at the corners of the LED screens. These programmable LED pixel fixtures were mapped with coordinated imagery, extending the backgrounds into negative space, adding visual interest, and dynamically increasing the perceived scale of the content. The event’s technical setup was impressive, with a 292-foot-long LED display featuring 21,857,496 pixels and covering 5,331 square feet. The production’s logistics involved the shipment of equipment in 15 semi-trucks and a technical crew of 40 professionals. INVNT managed all production elements crucial to each session, ensuring seamless execution.
The conference also featured a special entertainment performance by Kelly Clarkson, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and coach on The Voice.
