CHALLENGE

Samsung needed an exhibit partner capable of managing an expanding portfolio of events across multiple industries while maintaining brand consistency, efficiency, and creative strategies. The company sought a flexible supplier that could handle project management, creative direction, labor coordination, and complex financial processes, including both owned and rental exhibit programs, with consistent results across every market.

STRATEGY

We delivered a fully integrated exhibit program management model that unified creative strategy, operations, logistics, and financial oversight under one coordinated team. The operations group managed logistics, scheduling, labor coordination, and onsite support — ensuring every booth shipped correctly and arrived on time across multiple cities.
Beyond flawless execution, the team created engaging experiential moments that brought Samsung’s technology to life. Highlights included the Samsung DeX demo car experience, where officers connect their mobile device to the vehicle’s computer using a cradle rather than a cord for instant access to critical information. At HIMSS, the team also designed a living wall activation that drew attendees in while reinforcing Samsung’s leadership in innovation.
