PepsiCo tasked INVNT with producing its most exceptional International Bottler Conference to date—an ambitious ask that involved uniting global bottlers for the first time in years, managing two creative agency partners, and executing across a complex agenda of sponsor deals, product showcases, and restructuring announcements—all under immense pressure and shifting requirements.
INVNT led end-to-end production, transforming the venue into an immersive, hands-on expo experience. We brought brands like Pepsi and Sting to life with six breakout sessions featuring everything from a live sampling kitchen to VR headsets, LED stages, gamified activations, and surprise moments—including a dramatic unveiling of the PepsiCo–F1 partnership via a live car reveal. Custom “speakeasy” cooler doors led guests into hidden mist-filled zones, pushing the sensory and strategic boundaries of corporate storytelling.
