CHALLENGE
LinkedIn faced a critical gap in engaging its top-tier Hawkeye accounts across India. While large-scale programs like Talent Connect existed, they lacked the intimacy required to connect with senior CXO stakeholders, especially given geographic dispersion. Sales Account Directors had limited opportunities for direct, meaningful engagement, leading to largely transactional relationships rather than strategic partnerships.
STRATEGY
INVNT created The A-List, an exclusive, invite-only CXO series designed to foster deep relationships and elevate LinkedIn’s position as a trusted advisor. The program focused on high-value conversations around the future of work, paired with curated networking opportunities that enabled Sales Directors to engage directly with senior leaders. Each event was intentionally designed to feel aspirational and culturally relevant, moving away from traditional corporate formats. Offbeat venues and immersive experiences became central to the concept, with evenings culminating in hands-on DIY workshops such as perfumery sessions or culturally rich programming like Qawali performances in Hyderabad. This approach created a differentiated, memorable experience that encouraged organic word-of-mouth and sustained engagement.
