CHALLENGE

At Charcha 2025, produced by The Nudge Institute and attended by over 2,500 public and private sector leaders, LinkedIn was tasked with creating a space that would advance its focus on Youth, Skills, and AI within the context of India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. The goal was to connect the platform’s purpose to the event’s broader social agenda and give attendees a place to recharge, network, and explore LinkedIn’s impact. The environment needed to reflect brand values while encouraging high-volume interaction and on-platform engagement.

STRATEGY

Set up under 12 hours, INVNT transformed a traditional lawn into the LinkedIn Lawns, a branded hub that served as both retreat and interactive content experience. We designed seven distinct experience booths that translated LinkedIn’s published research on AI and Green Skills into tangible, gamified engagements. Visitors could generate custom AI swag, play educational quizzes, update their professional headshots, or contribute to a “Mosaic of Growth” sticker wall.
The lounge featured curated lighting, comfortable seating, digital content loops, and thousands of branded giveaways. It also served fresh tea and coffee throughout, becoming a highly trafficked non-conference space.

IMPACT

The LinkedIn Lawns became the beating heart of Charcha, recording over 2,500 total visits across three days. Highlights included 417 professional headshots captured, 1,113 AI-generated swag items created, and more than 2,400 cups of coffee and tea served. Gamified quizzes logged 925 plays, and 500 conversation starter cards were used to spark real-time networking. Video loops ran over 450 times and helped bring the LinkedIn narrative to life visually. The experience drove deep engagement while demonstrating LinkedIn’s relevance in India’s next-gen workforce and skills ecosystem. LinkedIn Lawns earned praise for its creativity, human focus, and executional polish.
