CHALLENGE
BlackRock’s joint venture with Jio Financial Services marked a defining moment in India’s financial landscape. INVNT was tasked with producing the first-ever Jio BlackRock event for 250+ key B2B stakeholders, with global CEO Larry Fink and Mukesh Ambani sharing the stage. The challenge was to introduce a new entity with authority and clarity, deliver a premium guest experience, and execute flawlessly under a compressed one-month timeline—all while meeting the demands of a live broadcast event.
STRATEGY
INVNT crafted a refined, high-impact experience that reflected the ambition of the new brand. The journey began with seamless guest flow into a transformed ballroom featuring custom-designed furniture, premium finishes, and lounge environments that encouraged post-event networking.
Every detail was curated to elevate the experience. A bespoke chocolate atelier allowed guests to create artisanal boxes with flavors curated by a renowned chef, complemented by food counters celebrating India’s rich culinary diversity. The event extended beyond the main program with a closed-door luncheon for the top 20 clients and leadership, designed to foster deeper relationships. From a content and production standpoint, INVNT ensured the stage, storytelling, and broadcast environment delivered a clear and powerful narrative around “Investing in the New Era,” while managing a highly complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem.
