CHALLENGE

BlackRock’s joint venture with Jio Financial Services marked a defining moment in India’s financial landscape. INVNT was tasked with producing the first-ever Jio BlackRock event for 250+ key B2B stakeholders, with global CEO Larry Fink and Mukesh Ambani sharing the stage. The challenge was to introduce a new entity with authority and clarity, deliver a premium guest experience, and execute flawlessly under a compressed one-month timeline—all while meeting the demands of a live broadcast event.

STRATEGY

INVNT crafted a refined, high-impact experience that reflected the ambition of the new brand. The journey began with seamless guest flow into a transformed ballroom featuring custom-designed furniture, premium finishes, and lounge environments that encouraged post-event networking.
Every detail was curated to elevate the experience. A bespoke chocolate atelier allowed guests to create artisanal boxes with flavors curated by a renowned chef, complemented by food counters celebrating India’s rich culinary diversity. The event extended beyond the main program with a closed-door luncheon for the top 20 clients and leadership, designed to foster deeper relationships. From a content and production standpoint, INVNT ensured the stage, storytelling, and broadcast environment delivered a clear and powerful narrative around “Investing in the New Era,” while managing a highly complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem.

IMPACT

The event welcomed over 280 attendees and was broadcast live on CNBC-TV18 and across ecosystem YouTube channels, reaching more than 30 million viewers. It aired across 60 national TV channels in Hindi, English, and Marathi. The launch generated over 10,000 social media mentions, delivering approximately 150 million impressions. Media coverage included 600+ articles across more than 10 languages, with 70 national print publications reaching a circulation of over 10.5 million and an estimated readership of 42 million. Delivered within a one-month turnaround, the event successfully brought two of the world’s most influential business leaders together on one stage. Client feedback highlighted INVNT’s flexibility, calm execution, and ability to navigate complexity with precision, calling the event a “landmark moment” for the brand.
