CHALLENGE
BRP aimed to elevate its Global Product Reveal by creating a captivating event for its global dealer network. They engaged 2,300 in-person attendees at the Anaheim Convention Center and 800 virtual participants, delivering dynamic staging and engaging product reveals to drive enthusiasm and awareness for their latest product lineup. BRP enlisted INVNT to provide creative and production support that would enhance the GPR experience.
STRATEGY
The event was meticulously planned and executed, featuring dynamic staging and bold product reveals that captivated the audience. The INVNT team transformed the arena into a world-class stage with a large truss structure and three expansive LED screens to display content, live imagery, and product videos. The strategic use of multiple stage entrances built anticipation, and a standout feature was the faux brick wall that products dramatically burst through, adding excitement and variety to each reveal.
Immersive content displayed on the LED screens further enhanced audience engagement, and the hybrid format successfully involved both in-person and virtual participants, creating a sense of inclusivity and a global community.
