CHALLENGE
In partnership with artist Micah Dowbak (aka Mad Dog Jones), Artemis Music Entertainment and NIFTY, INVNT innovation was tasked with creating a digital asset collection inspired by space and the cosmos.
STRATEGY
Fusing art, space and technology, INVNT Innovation pushed the realms of possibility with “Fallen Gravity” – a three-phase series of animated artworks, mission patches and digital assets paired with ‘Star Songs’ and personalized messages that traversed space aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
Generated from telemetry coordinates of the ISS spanning its trajectory from inception in 1998 to projected decommissioning in 2030, the ‘Star Songs’ were crafted through data sonification algorithms that transformed astronomical imagery into audible compositions, encapsulating the essence of cosmic entities. Each digital asset showcased a unique snapshot of the sky, meticulously mapped to the ISS’s orbital position, offering collectors glimpses into both historical and future cosmic vistas.
