Formula E Monaco Fan Experience





CHALLENGE
Formula E tasked INVNT with reimagining and producing the 2025 Monaco E-Prix Fan Village, held May 3 to 4 during the championship’s first-ever Monaco double-header. The brief was to elevate the traditional family-focused fan village into a premium, multi-generational experience that reflected the sophistication of Monaco while staying true to Formula E’s core pillars: entertain, educate, and elevate. INVNT managed full event delivery, including staffing, infrastructure procurement, entertainment, activations, local permitting, accessibility, sustainability standards, and on-site operations within a lean budget, tight timeline, and one of the world’s most complex live event locations.
STRATEGY
INVNT created the concept “The Power of Electric Connection,” bringing together the energy of electric racing with the emotional connection of live fan engagement. The experience was built around four activation pillars: Engagement, Enthusiasm, Elegance, and Eco-Consciousness. Across both race days, INVNT produced immersive technology activations, driver appearances, Monaco-exclusive performances, hospitality zones, and distinct daily programming, including an extended Saturday evening celebration that turned the Fan Village into a twilight festival. Sustainability was embedded into the event design, with modular builds, multi-use scenic elements, eco cups, water stations, shade structures, local food and beverage partners, and more than 85% of materials sourced within 50 miles.
