CHALLENGE

Despite women comprising over 50% of the global workforce, they remain underrepresented in B2B sales, accounting for less than 30% of professionals in the sector. Outreach identified this disparity and sought a strategic event partner to design and deliver a high-impact initiative. The goal was to cultivate a dedicated platform that engages, empowers, and elevates this influential community of leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs within sales, operations, and technology.

STRATEGY

We partnered with Outreach to deliver its Women in Sales Summit. The group selected Napa Valley as the destination and we managed the logistics and operations including space planning, food and beverage, housing and room block management for the event.

IMPACT

The Summit functioned as a strategic catalyst for Outreach’s RISE initiative, successfully convening over 250 industry leaders to advance the role of women in sales. A standout highlight included a compelling fireside chat with entrepreneur and tennis icon Venus Williams, which underscored the event’s core mission and significantly elevated its market visibility. This meticulously crafted experience strengthened Outreach’s position as a thought leader in gender equity and fostered lasting connections among key stakeholders.
