CHALLENGE
Formula E tasked INVNT with reimagining and producing the 2025 Monaco E-Prix Fan Village during the series’ first-ever Monaco double-header. The brief was clear yet complex: elevate the Fan Village beyond its traditional family-centric format, infuse it with Monaco’s iconic elegance, and broaden its appeal to a global, multigenerational audience while aligning with Formula E’s core pillars: Entertain, Educate, and Elevate. The location’s prestige demanded an experience that matched its sophistication, yet remained inclusive, engaging, and grounded in sustainability.
INVNT faced a series of creative and operational challenges—from designing an experience that reflected the glamour of Monaco while staying accessible to all, to programming two unique days of activity that kept fans on-site and energized well into the evening. And all of this was to be delivered with a lean budget and a tight, high-profile build schedule in one of the world’s most logistically complex locations.
STRATEGY
INVNT’s concept, The Power of Electric Connection, married the literal energy of Formula E with the emotional spark of community. INVNT introduced four new activation pillars—Engagement, Enthusiasm, Elegance, and Eco-Consciousness—creating a bold, future-forward village experience rooted in Monaco’s character and Formula E’s sustainable mission. Over 85% of materials were sourced within 50 miles, and the build incorporated eco cups, water stations, shade structures, and localized food and beverage curation.
Across both race days, INVNT delivered dynamic programming that brought fans closer to the sport: immersive tech-led activations, driver appearances, Monaco-exclusive live performances, and bespoke hospitality zones. Each day featured distinct content and entertainment, including an extended Saturday evening celebration that turned the village into a twilight festival.
